The Blackberry Bold uses Blackberry Internet Service (BIS) to query the KEDC Exchange Server Outlook Web Access (OWA) account and forward mail to the Blackberry Client. It also forwards mail sent from the Bold to the OWA account to be processed. You must setup a BIS account for each Blackberry cell phone using the Blackberry web interface. OWA accounts cannot be setup from the cell phone.
You will need to obtain the OWA login name and password, Exchange Mailbox Name, and E-mail address for each user you are going to configure. You will also need the PIN and IMEI numbers for each Blackberry.
Below are the steps to setup a BIS account.
